Warranty

ALL VANS WITHIN OUR WARRANTY RANGE 10 YEARS OR NEWER AND UNDER 100K MILES ARE PROVIDED WITH A THREE MONTH WARRANTY FROM DATE OF SALE.

All of our vans go out in the best possible order, but in the unlikely instance of any problems with our vans we provide our own 3-month warranty to all customers. We will deal with you direct, no going through warranty companies which we have tried in the past and we feel is not the best way for the customer or ourselves. We feel at Van Centre Larbert that dealing with us personally is the best way to resolve an issue as quickly and effectively as possible.

Terms

You must contact Van Centre Larbert immediately if a problem arises with your van. Arrange a convenient time to bring the van back to us for our designated mechanic to inspect it.

You can arrange to have your own mechanic inspect the van but any works needing done must be authorised by us beforehand. We appreciate that it is not economically sound to bring the van back to us if you live a distance away from our premises, that is why we allow a mechanic closer to you to inspect the van and provided details and quotes to ourselves before work commences. All we want is for you to have your van back on the road with as little disruption as possible.

ALL MECHANICAL AND ALL ELECTRICAL PARTS OF THE VEHICLE

EXCLUSIONS

ANY claims after the 3 month period will not be accepted. No false claims accepted. Vans have to be ten years or newer. Worn out parts excluded. No wear and tear items are included in the warranty ie Bulbs, Battery's,Tyres, Brake Disks/Pads, Shocks, Springs,Wheel Bearings, Exhausts, Remote Key Functionality ect ....  Air Conditioning Not Covered in Warranty. Failures caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect. If the van has been modified in any way which is different from manufactures specification. No Terraclean or Engine Carbon Cleaning, DPF Cleaning & Injector Cleaning. Engine Remapping Warranty will be void
